Mrs. Jacqueline Marie (Copeland) Bowers age 65 was born on Sept 1, 1953.  She passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN.

She was the loving daughter of Bill and Delano (Eells) Copeland. Jackie loved to party, sun-tan, watch NASCAR, and the cooking network. She enjoyed cross word puzzles, traveling, and spending time with family and friends and her dog Cici. She and her husband Mike Bowers are also members of the American Legion. She had her only child Jennie Rhodes (Durell) Loftin, with Robert Rhodes of Walkerton, IN. and has two grand-daughters, Shaylee and Shania. She later married her loving husband Mike Bowers on 9-27-99 and he was by her side until the end.

She is also survived by her father Bill Copeland, her sisters Pat Wheeler, Priscilla Jones, and Debbie (Rob) Bean, and her brother Jaime Copeland. Step kids Roseann Bowers (Jesse) Cervantes, Michael (Jr) Bowers, Linda Bowers (Anthony), Sara Bowers (Vanessa), 7 grandkids, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Jackie is preceded in death by her mother Delano (Eells) Copeland, brother Jeffery Copeland, and step son John Bowers.

A funeral service will be held at Noon on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time. Jackie will be laid to rest at Philadelphia Cemetery.
